A Fun Visit From Gammy, Barbara, and Jody

After the big birthday surprise in Las Vegas, Gammy, Jody, Barbara, and Peede (the dog) followed us back to California for a wonderful visit!

First Day of School

Effie and I started to take some fun classes through the parks and recs, since I could not find a "Mommy & Me" program in my area. This is our first day of class. The rest of the class was baby babies! Like 3 months old! So I don't know if we really fit in...I think I was chasing Effie around the room most of the time! It was still fun to meet some other Mom's!

The day after the big birthday bash Andrew and Kim hosted a big breakfast at their house. It was great to have the family all together! We had so much fun hanging out and having fun.

On January 31, 2009, we threw Gammy (my Mom's Mom) a big surprise 80th birthday party in Las Vegas. We had it at the officers club on the Air Force base. It was so much fun and she was so surprised and happy!! It was a great night!

By the way...does anyone know what is up with Blogspot? I can't move my pictures around. (That's why they aren't really in order). Help if you can!

The newest Aldana!!

Happy birthday Nicole Marie Aldana! Born on January 29, 2009. Weighing in at 7 lbs! A tiny little thing.

Gabe's brother had his 5th daughter in January! 5 girls!! Crazy right? What is even more crazy is that all the grandkids in Gabe's family are girls! NO BOYS!! Who will have the first boy? That will be fun to see!

We went to visit Nicole and new Mommy in the hospital the day she was born...she is such a delicate, beautiful baby girl! She is so sweet! My sister in law Mayra did great! We are excited for the new addition!

A little behind...

A little?? Yeah right!! So I'm about 2 months behind on blogging. I am going to try my hardest to get everything updated in the next week or so. Having a 1 year old makes for a wonderful busy life! Sure...I'll blame it on the baby. I'm behind in blogging because of Effie!!
